Invalidity

If at any time any one or more provisions of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

Dissatisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with the MyNCTweb site or any information posted thereon, or with any term or condition of this Agreement, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the MyNCT web site.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by Irish law and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts in all matters regarding it.

Introduction

By submitting an advertisement to the MyNCT web site, you are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions laid out here. These terms and conditions and the contract of which they form part shall be governed by Irish law. All references to "the customer" refer to the user applying to place an advertisement for a service on the MYNCT web site. All references to "the web site" refers to the MyNCT .ie internet site.

All references to "us" refers to MyNCT. This service offers the facility to place an advertisement for a service on the MyNCT.ie web site

Advertisement Contents

Only 3 sections may be featured in each advertisement.

Advertisers listing more than 3 sections in a 12 month period will be lrequired to purchase second entry.

MyNCT reserves the right to decline to publish the whole or part of any advertisement. The advertisement copy you supply must be legal, decent, honest and truthful and must not in the sole opinion of MyNCT bring our business into dispute or conflict. MyNCT may amend the advertisement to ensure compliance with these requirements. MyNCT is not able to verify the truthfulness of any statements (including the authenticity of photographs) made by a customer in the advertisement copy. Accordingly, the customer shall be responsible for any losses, expenses or other costs incurred by MyNCT caused by an untrue statement or inaccurate photograph supplied by the customer.

In order to meet the technical and production requirements of the web site, MyNCT reserves the right to edit, amend or alter information or photograph supplied by the customer.

No contract will be deemed to exist between the customer and MyNct until the advertisement has been accepted for publication on the web site.

The copyright in all adverts (including text and photographs) shall be owned by us and you hereby assign all such copyright to us.

Payment and Security

After you complete the payment process, you will be forwarded to a confirmation page and your advertisement will be listed under your ‘My Adverts’ in MyNct. In normal circumstances your advertisement will appear on the web site within 3 hours.

Order Confirmation

After you complete the payment process, you will be sent a confirmation email that your advertisement will be listed in MyNCT. In normal circumstances your advertisement will appear on the web site within 24 hours.

Changing your Advert

You can make unlimited changes to your advert. Simply log in to MyNct  click 'edit '. In normal circumstances changes to your advertisement will appear on the web site within 3 hours.

Removing your Advert

To remove your advert from the website log in with username and password and click ‘edit and delete . Deactivations made after the advert has been paid for will not be eligible for a refund. In normal circumstances your advertisement will be removed from the web site immeadiatly

Liability

MyNCT needs to carry out routine maintenance and service of its servers and equipment. While MyNct  seeks to keep disruption to a minimum, it does not guarantee that the advertisement will be continuously available on-line for the duration of the advert.

Where an advertisement does not appear on the web site despite the user receiving confirmation, the customer will be entitled a refund of the advert price, unless the omission, cancellation or mismatch was caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond the reasonable control of MyNCT or breach of contract by the customer. MyNct reserves the right to remove any advertisement at any time, at our sole discretion.

MyNCT's liability for breach of contract or negligence shall not exceed an amount equal to the price of the advert or series of adverts involved.

Irish law shall govern the terms and conditions of this contract of which they form a part.

Privacy Policy

All details supplied to MyNCT with your on-line advertisement will be safeguarded  by the Data Protection Act.
